You help someone find out what they want to accomplish, what their goals are. You help along their thinking. AFTER I was a tuned instructor, I visited training on cognitive training. The lesson has stayed with me. You don’t necessarily want to give the solution. You intend to help others to believe through a problem. If someone involves you with a nagging problem, you don’t always want to resolve their problem to them.
You want them to try to come to the solution independently and that makes them feel more empowered. They are helped by it grow. It can help them realize the answer is had by them, too. That may be hard as a innovator. I’m up to now from perfect here. You can find things that I possibly could delegate or that I possibly could probably ask someone else to do and I simply do it myself because I understand what I have to do, and I just do it.
